The Tel Hadid Archaeological Project is happy to announce the dates of the 2025 season!
We are excited to be returning to Tel Hadid for another field season! Following a year-long hiatus due to the war, we’re resuming our archaeological investigations into the rich history of this site. Our excavations will continue to explore the remains of the 7th century BCE deportees, the impressive Hasmonean-period fortifications, and the later al-Haditha village.
